Return
Customers can return the item unused and in its original package within 30 days of purchase after notifying the BrigBrigSun customer support team at Support@BrigBrigSun.com. No return will be accepted without a return authorization from BrigBrigSun.

Refund
The customer will be subject to the return shipping fee and receive a refund if the package is in the proper condition. The returning item may be subject to a 10% or higher restocking fee if the return reason does not involve factory defects or if the item or package is damaged. The customer support team will issue the refund within 2 business days after an agreement is reached or the returned product is received.
If there is a factory defect and the customer wants a return within 30 days from the product arrival date, BrigBrigSun will take care of all the shipping and no restocking fee will be charged.
Why do we charge a 10% or higher restocking fee?
If the package is opened, we will have to sell the item as used at a discount. (10%)
If the item is damaged, we need to repair the functional damage and sell the item at a bigger discount because of the cosmetic damages. (Higher discount)
After 30 days
If the product is not defective and the customer hasn't asked for a return after 30 days after the product arrives, BrigBrigSun will not accept any returns at this point.
If the product is defective, BrigBrigSun will send you a replacement machine within the warranty period.
